To celebrate Jaguar’s excitement ahead of Portland’s Formula E weekend, we stopped by the exquisite kann—an Esquire Best New Restaurant and the labor of love of Chef Gregory Gourdet—for an electric conversation between Gourdet and Jaguar Formula E Team Captain James Barclay. They shared thoughts on craft, precision, and the pursuit of joy at high speed. No easy feat, given the dishes' irresistible aromas.
