El Observador: A Bowie-less New York
An Off-Hours Winter Walk (Headphones Very Much On)
The Project
I was commissioned by renowned Uruguayan newspaper El Observador to write a piece about a “Bowie-less” New York, one month after the artist’s passing. What followed involved a series of freezing night strolls down SoHo’s Lafayette Street, a music-heavy chat with members of The Dig, and one too many glasses of wine spent studying Ziggy Stardust’s cover art in detail.
